Founded by Martin Ahlström, a transformation leader with over 14 years of experience across industries, Verto exists to make complexity workable and organizational change real. Martin has led enterprise-wide Agile initiatives, redesigned operating models, and coached senior leaders in navigating ambiguity — all with one goal in mind: turning uncertainty into a competitive advantage.

His journey spans from military reconnaissance in Kosovo to coaching in Sweden, US and Switzerland, giving him a unique perspective on leadership, team resilience, and fast, clear decision-making in high-stakes environments.
